Street medicine

We bring the clinic to the street.

Street medicine is care for unsheltered people experiencing homelessness — in encampments, parks and under bridges.

1

Assess

Vitals, blood pressure and skin checks performed wherever someone is.

2

Treat

Wound care, first aid, vaccines like hepatitis and tetanus, OTC medicine.

3

Educate

Practical guidance that helps people stay well between visits.

On wheels

Our mobile unit goes where clinics can't.

Stocked with supplies and staffed by nurses, paramedics and volunteers, the On The Spot bus rotates through our outreach stops each week.
